New for 2020: Beach Life, Dolphins Club, Family-Favourite Villas and Teen-Friendly Destinations
Leading villa and boutique hotel specialist Simpson Travel has expanded its family offering for 2020 with a superb range of family-friendly holidays at its villas and hotels across Europe under the umbrella collection ‘Simpson Kids’. New for 2020 is the introduction of a new Beach Life programme – a complimentary supervised children’s activities at two Greek hotels; the addition of childcare for older kids at its Mousses and Periyali Villa clusters and the launch of a collection of specially selected ‘Family Favourite Villas’ as well as Teenage-friendly properties.

Beach Life: New for 2020 - Holiday fun for kids aged 5 – 11 at Bella Mare Hotel in Corfu and at GK Beach Hotel in Crete
The gloriously-situated beachfront Simpson Hotels – Bella Mare Hotel in Corfu and GK Beach Hotel in Crete – are both exclusive to Simpson Travel. For the 2020 season, the company has introduced a brand new ‘Beach Life’ concept to these two hotels, a complimentary supervised activity programme for children from 5 to 11. Children can enjoy a range of complimentary activities including pool games, mocktail making, t-shirt design, scavenger hunts, table football, cookery and movie nights. The two-hour sessions – which are run by British-trained nannies – do not need to be pre-booked prior to departure, making for a relaxed approach to children making new friends, while parents can kick back and unwind. Beach Life will run at Bella Mare Hotel during May half term from 24 – 31 May and then from 5 July – 28 August. It will also be available from 7 July – 30 August at GK Beach Hotel in Crete.
A week at Bella Mare costs from £1,139 pp based on two adults and two children travelling 5 July 2020.
A week at GK Beach costs from £865 pp based on two adults and two children travelling 7 July 2020. At GK Beach in July and August, children aged 11 and under receive a complimentary dish from the children’s menu when ordered with any adult main meal at the GK Beach restaurant after 6pm.

Dolphins Club Introduced to Mousses and Periyali Villas
The childcare provision at Simpson Travel’s much-loved Mousses villas in Lefkada and Periyali villas in Zakynthos is being expanded for 2020, to include activities for 7-11 year olds in the school holidays. Running alongside the popular Hatchlings Creche and Turtles Clubs, Dolphins ensures that older children forge new friendships and enjoy a range of age-appropriate activities. The individual Clubs are as follows:
Hatchlings Crèche (6 months to 3 years): Welcoming children aged six months to three years, Hatchlings Crèches help create a holiday that works for everyone, with personalised, professional childcare from a team of British NNEB-qualified nannies.
Turtles Club (4 to 6 years): Welcoming four to six-year olds, the Turtles Club creates a safe and friendly space to help children feel perfectly at home, with a close-knit team of carefully chosen, experienced nannies to keep an eye on them.
Dolphins (7 to 11 years): From water games to scavenger hunts and movie nights, this is a club dedicated to fun under the friendly supervision of Simpson’s experienced Club Leader.
A week at Periyali costs from £688 pp based on two adults and one child and one infant travelling 10 May 2020
A week at Mousses costs from £670 pp based on two adults and one child and one infant travelling 3 May 2020. Both holidays including flights, accommodation (self-catering) and car hire.
Complimentary childcare in offered on specified weeks at Periyali and Mousses for departures in May, June and September 2020, excluding 24 May. Offer includes five half day childcare sessions worth up to £175. Valid on bookings made before 29 February 2020 and is subject to availability.
Family Favourite Villas
Ideal for children under 11, the 42 family favourite villas are the pick of the crop for young families. With spacious grounds, garden games and a selection of toys awaiting arrival, they’ve been handpicked to make sure they meet the demands of the most exacting young clients. Villas within this category are featured in Mallorca, Greece, Italy, France and Corsica. Complimentary infant packs are also available at over 80 properties, including essentials such as a cots, bed guards, night-lights, baby baths, potties and child toilet seats as well as child-friendly plates, bowls and cutlery as well as a toy box.
Options include Alto di Pinarello in Corsica where up to two children under 11 go free with families travelling in June and September 2020. One-week costs from £1,197 pp based on two adults sharing, with no additional charge for up to two children aged 11 or under at the time of travel. Travelling 31 May 2020. Teen-Friendly Destinations
Teenagers come with a whole new set of holiday requirements. Simpson Travel’s teen-friendly villas have been especially chosen for their locations; places that make it easy for everyone to spread their wings and let off steam a little, without the need for constant adult supervision and monitoring.
Kalkan in particular is sure to delight teenagers, with its trendy beach clubs and Instagram-worthy rooftop restaurants. Likewise, the cool surf vibe along the Aquitaine coast in France is another perennial favourite. The villas within this category have been chosen with teenagers in mind, offering the independence and flexibility they crave, with everything the rest of the family need to enjoy a happy and harmonious holiday together.
A week at Ambar Ev in Kalkan costs from £1,225 pp based on four adults travelling 5 July 2020. Cost includes flights, accommodation (self-catering) and car hire. In addition, all guests staying in Kalkan can claim a complimentary Turkish bath (hamam) at the Kalkan Regency Hotel spa, along with an all-day excursion on the hotel’s traditional gület boat, Poseidon, with a delicious lunch.
