Day 1: UK to Cairo
Travel to the airport using Titan Travel’s VIP door-to-door service. On arrival in Cairo, transfer to your hotel, located on an island in the Nile.

Day 2: Cairo
Start your tour of Egypt today with a visit to the famous Pyramids of Giza and the nearby Great Sphinx. After lunch at a local restaurant, visit the Egyptian Museum, home to the world’s finest collection of ancient Egyptian artefacts, including Tutankhamun’s burial treasures. (Entry to Tutankhamun’s room is at extra cost.)

Day 3: Cairo
Today is at leisure to relax, explore independently or join an optional excursions to see the Step Pyramid at Sakkara, the first of all ancient Egyptian pyramids to be built.

Day 4: Cairo to Luxor
This morning, fly to Luxor and transfer to your hotel, sitting on the banks of the Nile. In the afternoon, head out to the East Bank where you visit two impressive monuments, the Luxor and Karnak Temples, both linked by the still impress Avenue of Sphinxes

Day 5: Luxor
Head to the Valley of Kings this morning to see its collection of tombs and mausoleums. Afterwards, see the mortuary temple of Hatshepsut and the massive statues known as the Colossi of Memnon. Return to Luxor in the late morning to stop at the house where Howard Carter staying in while searching for Tutankhamun. The afternoon is at leisure. In the evening, you may choose to return to Karnak Temple for a Sound and Light show.

Day 6: Esna, Edfu and Al Fawaza Island
Starting early this morning, drive to Esna when you’ll board the dahabiya and start sailing down the Nile. Sit down for a lunch of locally sourced dishes. Arrive in Edfu where you’ll visit the Temple of Horus. Tonight, you’ll moor by Al Fawaza Island.

Day 7: Al Ramady, Gebel el-Silsila & Al Fares Island
Enjoy a leisurely morning of sail which brings you to the village of Al Ramady where you can go ashore to see day-to-day life on the banks of the Nile. After lunch, continue onto Gebel el-Silsila where you’ll sail through the narrowest point on the Nile. Go ashore to explore the shrines of Seti I and Ramses II and see the quarries that produced the material uses to build temples in Luxor. Back on board, enjoy afternoon tea as you sail to Al Fares Island.

Day 8: Al Fares Island, Kom Ombo & Herdiab Island
Stroll around Al Fares Island this morning for a glimpse of local life. Sail onto Kom Ombo to walk through the twin temples of Haroeris and Sobek. Return to the Dahabiya to sail to Herdiab Island where you’ll moor overnight. Enjoy a Egyptian banquet-style barbecue this evening.

Day 9: Herdiab Island, Aswan & Temple of Philae
Awake early for a walk around Herdiab Island or going for a swim off the island’s beaches. After that, sail to Aswan. Have lunch before visiting Philae Temple. From here, travel to Aswan High Dam.

Day 10: Aswan
Today is at leisure for you to relax onboard the ship. Alternatively, you can join an excursion to the temples of Abu Simbel. In the evening, you can also travel to Philae Temple for a sound and light show.

Day 11: Aswan to UK
Transfer to the airport for your return flight to the UK.
