Day 1 | Fly to Tunis

Arrive in Tunis and transfer to the Belvedere Fourati for a two-night stay.

Day 2 | Tunis, Carthage & Sidi Bou Said

Day 6 | Chott el Jerid & Sahara

Cross the vast Chott el Jerid salt flat to Douz, then take a 4×4 ride into the rolling Sahara dunes. Enjoy traditional sand bread and a cocktail as the sun sets, before an overnight stay at Tiniri Camp in a superior tent.

Day 7 | Tamezret, Matmata & Sfax

Return to Douz by 4×4 before travelling through rocky landscapes to Berber villages and a traditional underground cave dwelling. Continue to Sfax for an overnight stay at Les Oliviers Palace.

Day 8 | El Djem, Monastir & Sousse

Day 9 | Hammamet & Berber Traditions

Visit a working family eco-farm in Douar Laroussi, surrounded by olive groves, to discover Berber traditions and learn to make harissa and claypot bread, followed by lunch. Continue to coastal Hammamet for two nights at Le Royal Hammamet.

Day 10 | Nabeul & Hammamet

Visit a family-run pottery in nearby Nabeul, then explore Hammamet’s ninth-century fort and medina. Afternoon at leisure, followed by a farewell dinner at a local restaurant.
