Day 1: Tunis arrival
After landing in Tunis, head to the Belvedere Fourati Hotel for a two-night stay.
Day 2: Tunis
This morning, visit the Bardo Museum which houses a vast collection of artefacts including Roman and Byzantine mosaics. Head to the Tunis medina for lunch, followed by a walking tour.

Day 3: Sousse, Monastir & El Djem
Visit the Great Mosque and Archaeological Museum after a scenic drive to Sousse, before heading to Monastir to soak up the region’s impressive ancient landmarks. You’ll then travelling to El Djem to see North Africa’s most impressive amphitheatre, ahead of concluding the day upon reaching the walled city of Kairouan.

Day 4: Kairouan
Embark on an immersive morning tour of the Great Mosque of Uqba. The afternoon is free.

Day 5: Thuburbo Majus, Jedidi & Tunis
Visit the extensive ruins of Thuburbo Majus, including the Capitol and Forum, then continue to a working eco-farm to experience Berber traditions and prepare a Tunisian lunch. In the afternoon, drive to Tunis for a three-night stay at the Belvedere Fourati Hotel.

Day 6: Dougga
Drive to Dougga, one of the best-preserved Roman towns in North Africa. Have lunch in a local restaurant before driving back to Tunis.

Day 7: Carthage & Sidi Bou Said
Morning excursion to the Punic and Roman ruins at Carthage. Continue to the beautiful blue-and-white village of Sidi Bou Said, with its palm-fringed bay overlooking the Gulf of Tunis.

Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
