Day 1: UK – In flight
Titan Travel’s nationwide return shared chauffeur service will collect you and take you directly to the airport ahead of your flight to Delhi.
Day 2: Delhi
On arrival in Delhi, check into your hotel where the rest of the day is at leisure.

Take a morning flight to Amritsar and transfer to your hotel for some time to relax. This evening, experience the Palki (‘putting to bed’) ceremony at the Golden Temple, during which the holy book of the Sikh faith is moved from the Sikh Parliament to the Temple

Day 4: Amritsar
Return to the Golden Temple, having some time to explore the complex. After, visit the bazaars and the Jallianwala Bagh. There’s also some time to admire the Durgiana Hindu temple before visiting the Partition Museum. End the day with a guided street food tour of the city.

Day 5: Dharamshala
Leaving Amritsar, head to Dharamshala, a hill station surrounded by snow-capped peaks, which is home to the Dalai Lama.

Spend the morning sightseeing, visiting the residence of the Dalai Lama and the Norbulingka Institute. You’ll also visit the Tibetan Children’s Village, a boarding school for orphans

Day 7: Pragpur
A morning drive will bring you to the small village of Pragpur, where you will enjoy a planned visit to a tea plantation and factory, prior to taking part in a guided walking tour in the afternoon.

Today, travel to Shimla, a hill station that once served as the summer capital during British rule in India

Enjoy a journey aboard the Himalayan ‘Toy Train’ to Taradevi. Afterwards, visit the Sankatmochan Temple before embarking on a walking tour of Shimla itself. Visit the Viceregal Lodge and Christ Church before wandering down the mall.

Head to Chandigarh, stopping for lunch on the way. Once there, board the Vande Bharat Express to Delhi

Experience a full day of sightseeing as you explore both ‘Old’ and ‘New’ Delhi. Visit the Qutab Minar minaret and the tomb of Emperor Humayun before seeing the Raj Gat and the Jama Masjid.
