Day 1: UK – In flight

You will be collected from your home by Titan Travel’s VIP door-to-door service, ahead of the flight to Osaka.

Day 2: Tokyo – Osaka – Kyoto

Commence your adventure as you arrive in Japan’s capital – Tokyo. From here, board a connecting flight to Osaka and transfer to Kyoto, where you’ll have the rest of the day to relax after checking-in to the hotel.

Day 3: Kyoto

Explore Japan’s ancient capital city while on a guided tour of the region’s highlights, including visits to Nijo Castle, Kinkakuji Temple, Ryoanji Temple and Nishiki Market.

Day 4: Nagano – Yudanaka

Embark on an exhilarating bullet train journey from Kyoto to Nagano, where you’ll explore the Zenkoji Temple on arrival. After enjoying some free time at lunch to see more of what the city has to offer, travel to the traditional city of Yudanaka and check-in to your next hotel.

Day 5: Yudanaka – Tokyo

Soak up the remarkable, snowy landscapes of Jigokudani Monkey Park while on a guided visit here, with the opportunity to get up close and personal with the wild Japanese macaques (snow monkeys) that live here. After this, depart Yudanaka and head back to Tokyo.

Day 6: Tokyo

Gain insights into the traditions and culture of the bustling city of Tokyo as you take part in a guided tour, taking in the Tokyo National Museum, the vibrant Ameyoko Shopping Street, and enjoy a short walking tour of Yanaka.

A day of free time for you to explore more of what the city has to offer independently.

Day 8: Hakodate

Take another bullet train journey from Tokyo to Hakodate during the morning. Once you have arrived, spend some time relaxing at your new hotel before participating in an evening visit to the breath-taking Mount Hakodate.

Day 9: Hakodate

Start off the day with a visit to the famous Hakodate morning seafood market, before ascending the Goryokaku Tower to soak up incredible panoramic views of the city. Gain fascinating insights into Japan’s industrial history whilst visiting the Bay Area, prior to concluding a busy day of activities with a visit to the region of Motomachi.

Day 10: Hakodate – Sapporo

Another action-packed day awaits you for day ten. Commence the day’s activities with a visit to Onuma Quasi National Park, home to the now dormant Mount Komagatake volcano. The adventure then continues to Noboribetsu Jigokudani (Hell Valley), a small town encircled by an abundance of hot springs, before exploring the Otaru Snow Light Path Festival once you have checked-in to the hotel.

Take appreciation of the impressive ice sculptures, imaginative snow displays and snow statues which are on show at the Sapporo Snow Festival, while on an all-day visit here.
