Day 1: Departure
Head to the airport for your overnight flight to Bangkok

Day 2: Arrival in Bangkok
On arrival, transfer to your hotel. After checking in, you’ve got the rest of the day at leisure to relax or perhaps start exploring.

Day 3: Bangkok
This morning, head into the heart of the city for a guided tour. Begin with a visit to the Grand Palace, formerly the royal residence, it now hosts ceremonial events. Spend some time admiring the beautiful craftsmanship before seeing Wat Phra Kaew, the Temple of the Emerald Buddha. Take a short walk to Wat Pho, where you’ll see immense reclining Buddha, which measures 46 metres in length. After the tour, you’ll have free time to enjoy lunch in the area before returning to the hotel for a free afternoon.

Day 4: Damnoen Saduak & River Kwai
Leaving the city, travel towards the province of Kanchanaburi, visiting a number of extraordinary places along the way. You’ll stop at the Mae Khlong Railway Market, where you’ll get to see one of the trains passing through the market, where stalls line the tracks. Next, visit the floating market of Damnoen Saduak. Here you’ll board a traditional boat to navigate the narrow canals to reach the market itself. Explore the market before continuing north, stopping for an included lunch. On arrival in Kanchanaburi, visit the Burma Railway Museum, which details the history behind the ‘Death Railway’. Make a brief stop at the War Cemetery before visiting the famous River Kwai Bridge, with a chance to walk across it and take in the views. Finally, head to your hotel.

Day 5: Erawan National Park
Today, leave town behind and venture into the lush wilderness of Erawan National Park, home to Thailand’s famous Erawan Waterfalls. At the park entrance, local Thai and Burmese vendors offer snacks and souvenirs as the sounds of birds, monkeys, and rustling leaves signal your arrival in the wild. The waterfalls cascade through seven tiers, each with its own charm, connected by well-maintained trails suitable for all visitors. The lower levels feature inviting pools perfect for wading or swimming—Level 2’s turquoise basin and nibbling fish are especially popular—while the higher tiers reward hikers with tranquil, secluded views of the forest canopy. After exploring and perhaps enjoying a refreshing dip or snack, regroup at the park entrance for some free time before heading back

Day 6: Wat Tha Sung
This morning, begin the journey north to Sukhothai. Along the way, you’ll stop in Uthai Thani, where you’ll visit the Wat Tha Sung Temple Complex. Explore several key buildings including the Golden Castle, the Vihara of Luang Phor Saksit and the Standing Buddha Pavilion. You’ll also get to see the Crystal Mandapa, whose walls are adorned with mirrored tiles. After exploring the temple, continue to the Sakae Krang River for a relaxing cruise on a traditional rice barge. While onboard, enjoy a lunch of traditional Thai dishes. Disembark the cruise and continue to Sukhothai. On arrival, check in to your hotel.

Day 7: Sukhothai Historical Park
Explore Sukhothai National Park this morning, splitting into smaller groups to explore the grounds. Here you’ll see a remarkable collection of ancient temple ruins, including those of Wat Mahathat, once a spiritual centre akin to Bangkok’s Grand Palace. You’ll also wander along tranquil paths bordered by lakes and dotted with wildlife. After the guided tour, there will be some free time to explore at leisure. From here, you’ll journey to Chiang Mai, with comfort stops along the way. Once in Chiang Mai, check into your hotel with the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 8: Chiang Mai City Tour
Start the day with a visit to the Phae Gate, the ancient gate way to the Chiang Mai’s old town. From here, you’ll take a traditional samlor ride (rickshaw) to the local market to get a glimpse of daily life. Continue into the spiritual heart of the city, where you’ll visit the temple complex of Wat Phra Singh, home to one of the city’s oldest temples where you may receive a traditional blessing from a monk (A small donation of approximately 50 THB is customary, offered in exchange for a sacred bracelet gently tied around the wrist). Then, visit a local restaurant for lunch before having the afternoon free to explore the city independently.

Day 9: Maewang National Park
This morning, head to Maewang National Park for a soft trek along leafy paths to take in the serene wilderness. The path leads to a hill tribal village where you’ll have time to wander and explore village life. The walk continues deeper into the forest, bringing you to a beautiful waterfall where you can enjoy today’s included packed lunch. Afterwards, take a short boat ride along the river before transferring back to the hotel.

Day 10: Chiang Mai to Khao Sok
Today, take an internal flight from Chiang Mai to Khao Sok. On arrival, transfer to your hotel in Khao Sok National Park. Check into your hotel and enjoy the evening at leisure.

Day 11: Khao Sok National Park
Spend the day exploring the national park. Start with a scenic drive to the park’s entrance, where you’ll board a traditional long-tail boat for a cruise on the lake. You’ll head into one of the quiet coves for a photo opportunity before disembarking in another for an optional walk through a cave. Sail to another cove for a walk through the jungle, during which the guide with share insights on the local flora and fauna. Return to the boat and sail to a floating restaurant for lunch before heading back to the starting point. From here, return to the hotel.

Day 12: Khao Lak
Say goodbye to the national park and drive to the coast, arriving in Khao Lak. After checking into the hotel, you’ve got the rest of the day at leisure to enjoy the hotel’s private stretch of beach or perhaps visiting one of the local bars and restaurants.

Day 13: Free day in Khao Lak
Enjoy a full day enjoy the resort or perhaps head out on one of the local experiences available to book through the hotel including visiting a nearby elephant sanctuary or taking a guided village walk.

Day 14: Return home
Transfer to the airport for your flight back to the UK.
