Enjoy a breathtaking cruise journey as you sail along the Katherine River and through Nitmiluk National Park. Following this, transfer back to Darwin.

Day 17: Great Barrier Reef

On an unforgettable day of adventure, explore the rich ecosystem and thriving waters of the Great Barrier Reef. You’ll be able to view the vibrant and colourful coral while on the included Outer Greater Barrier Reef cruise, with there even being a chance take part in snorkelling activities in the water.

Day 18: Kuranda

Participate in a scenic sky rail journey up to Kuranda during the morning. While here, soak up the incredible panoramic views, and take advantage of your free time to explore the shops and cafes in the area. After this, embark on another scheduled train ride on the Kuranda Scenic Railway during the afternoon, as the train winds through the rainforest and down the mountainside before returning to Cairns.

Day 19: Cairns – Brisbane – Noosa

Transfer to Noosa after arriving in Brisbane, with the remainder of the day being made up of free time.

Travel to the bustling city of Brisbane to start he day, before enjoying a visit to the Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary – the world’s largest koala sanctuary.

Another free day to spend however you may wish. You may decide to explore the city’s history and culture independently, or join an optional excursion to Tangalooma Island Resort on Moreton Island – a fantastic opportunity to see wild dolphins.

Day 24: Pacific Coast – Byron Bay – Coffs Harbour

Embark on an idyllic drive along the picturesque Pacific Coast, with scheduled stops at Gold Coast and Byron Bay. You’ll then journey to Coffs harbour where there will be a BBQ dinner awaiting you.

Day 25: Hunter Valley

Enjoy an included winery tour after reaching Hunter Valley, and sample some of the finest wines in the region.

Day 30: Dandenong – Rochford Winery

Head out for an included visit to Dandenong Mountains during the morning, taking in the array of unique wildlife in the region including the lyrebird.
