Days 1-2: In Flight
Transfer to the airport using Titan Travel’s share chauffeur service and board your flight to Christchurch

Day 3: Christchurch
Arriving in Christchurch, check in to your hotel before having the rest of the day to relax after the flight, or head off for some independent exploring.

Day 4: Akaroa
Travel to the Banks Peninsula, arriving in the town of Akaroa, where you’ll board a boat for a two-cruise of the harbour during which you’ll learn about how the Peninsula was created from a volcano. Returning to the shore, you’ve the afternoon to explore the town.

Day 5: Dunedin
Head south along the coast to Dunedin, a city with strong Scottish heritage.

Day 6: Otago Peninsula
Today, you’ll visit the Otago Peninsula, home to a variety of marine life, including penguins and the rare New Zealand sea lion. Take some time to wander along the walkways and admire the views before visiting the Royal Albatross Centre.

Day 7: Doubtful/Milford Sound overnight cruise
Leaving Dunedin, venture into the heart of the Fiordland National Park, home to some of the country’s most iconic landscapes. Board a ship on either Doubtful or Milford Sound for an afternoon of gentle sailing. Then the ship will anchor in the sound for a night in the wilderness.

Day 8: Queenstown
Disembark the ship this morning and travel to Queenstown.

Day 11: 4WD Safari – Wanaka
Explore some of New Zealand’s hidden wonders today on a 4×4 safari that takes you through past mountains and canyons, as well as long abandoned heritage sites. After the safari, travel to the town Wanaka. Later, enjoy a ‘Happy Hour’ cruise on Lake Wanaka.

Day 12: Haast River & Franz Josef
You’ll have some free time this morning before heading out to Haast Bridge, where you’ll join an exciting river safari along a glacial river to Billy Falls. Come ashore to transfer to Franz Josef.

Day 13: TranzAlpine & Kaikoura
Travel to Greymouth where you’ll board a train to take the scenic TranzAlpine journey. Travel over the Southern Alps and Arthur’s Pass National Park to Springfield. You’ll then transfer to Kaikoura.

Day 14: Kaikoura
Depending on the weather conditions, this morning gives you the opportunity to take a whale-watching cruse off the coast. The afternoon is then free for you to explore the town.

Drive to Picton to take the ferry across the Cook Strait to New Zealand’s capital, Wellington. On arrival, enjoy a short orientation tour of the city.

Enjoy a day at leisure in Wellington where you can relax on the beach or explore the many landmarks, including Te Papa Tongarewa Museum and Weta Cave.

Head north to Hawkes Bay. En route, stop at the acclaimed Church Road winery for a tour and tasting. Continue onto the town of Napier, known for its art deco buildings.
