Days 1-2: In flight
Head to the airport using Titan’s shared chauffeur service before boarding your flight to Christchurch.
Day 3: Christchurch

Day 6: Te Anau
Journey across the plains to Te Anau, the gateway to the stunning Fiordland National Park.

Day 7: Milford Sound & Queenstown
Make your way through the Eglinton and Hollyfjord Valleys, one of the country’s most scenic drives. Following this, you’ll take a cruise on the stunning Milford Sound, past Mitre Peak and into the open sea and back. Disembark the boat and continue onto Queenstown along the shore of Lake Wakatipu. On arrival, you may wish to join an optional excursion on the Skyline Gondola

Day 8: Queenstown
The day is at leisure to explore this haven for lovers of the outdoors. In the evening, board the vintage TSS Earnsclaw for a cruise across the lake to Walter Peak where you’ll enjoy dine at the Colonel’s Homestead.

Day 9: Twizel
In the morning, visit Kinross Winery and Cellar Door. You’ll get the chance to sample some of their wine before heading towards Twizel. On the way, stop at Lake Wanaka where you’ll take a cruise to Ruby Island and enjoy some free time. Continue to the hotel in the Dark Sky Reserve where you have the perfect opportunity to book an optional stargazing tour.

Day 10: Mount Cook – Christchurch
Visit Mount Cook Village where you’ll have some free time to admire the views of Mount Cook itself. Perhaps take a short hike or book an optional helicopter ride. Then, travel to Lake Tekapo where you’ve free time to find lunch before a visit to the Dark Sky Project which gives you fascinating insight into the stars. Drive to Christchurch.

Day 11: Wellington
Head north to the coastal town of Kaikoura before transferring to Picton, where you’ll board a ferry across the North Island. Arrive at Wellington Harbour and transfer to your hotel.

Take a tour of the city this morning before having the afternoon free to explore at your own pace.

Day 13: Rotorua
Travel north, stopping at Huka Falls to see the beautiful waterfall before continuing onto Rotorua, known for its geo-thermal activity. In the evening, enjoy a Maori cultural experience including an authentic concert and traditional ‘hangi’ feast.

Day 14: Rotorua
Visit the Agrodome to see a fascinating farm show. Then, head to the National Kiwi Hatchery where you can learn about New Zealand’s national icon. In the afternoon, take a tour of Whakarewarewa Thermal Village.

Day 15: Waitomo Caves – Auckland
Take a trip to the Waitomo Caves, where you’ll sail along an underground river to see thousands of glow worms. Then, travel through the dairy centre of Hamilton before arriving in Auckland.

Day 16: Auckland
Explore the highlights of Auckland today on a city tour, taking you to the Old Customhouse, Lower Queen Street and Parliament Street among others. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 17: Bay of Islands
Cross the Waitemata Harbour, enjoying views of Rangitoto Island. Enter Northland and pass through the Waipoua Forest, home to huge kauri trees. Visit the Kauri Museum to learn more about the forest.

Take a cruise around the bay to spot Cape Brett Lighthouse before heading into Cathedral Cave and through the ‘Hole in the Rock’. In the afternoon, visit Waitangi Treaty House, where the historic signing between the Maori and British took place.
