Travel along the shore of Lake Ontario to Toronto. Here you’ll have the option to visit the famous CNN tower. Alternatively, you can independently explore some of the other attractions, including the Royal Ontario Museum.

Swap east for west today as you fly to Calgary before travelling to the idyllic town of Banff.

Day 10: Banff – Lake Louise
Spend the day exploring Banff and its surroundings, including a visit to Lake Louise. You can visit the Fairmont Chateau Hotel whose gardens offer a great vantage point. Or take the gondola to the mountain top.

Day 11:  Rocky Mountaineer (Banff – Kamloops)
Head to the train station to board the legendary Rocky Mountaineer Train. You’ll be taking a two-day journey to Vancouver, with the first day taking you from the Continental Divide, Kicking Horse Canyon and Rogers Pass to reach Kamloops, where you’ll stay overnight

Continue by train through British Columbia, travelling past mountains and through the Fraser River Valley to arrive in Vancouver
