Day 1: UK to Mexico City
Head to the airport using Titan’s nationwide chauffeur service for your flight to Mexico City. On arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Mexico City
This morning, head out on a tour of Mexico City. Visit the Metropolitan Cathedral and the National Palace. Then, you’re free to explore independently, perhaps heading to the National Museum of Anthropology, a great introduction to the sites you’ll be visiting throughout your visit to Mexico. This evening, enjoy a special welcome dinner.

Day 3: Guadalupe – Teotihuacan
Visit the Basilica de Nuestra Senora de Guadalupe before continuing to Teotihuacan, one of the most important and impressive Aztec sites in Mexico. You’ll have time to wander, walk along the ‘Avenue of the Dead’ and marvel at the Sun Pyramid.

Day 4: Puebla
Head just outside the city to visit Cholula to see its’s Great Pyramid. Then, head to the city of Puebla, known for its well-preserved Spanish colonial treasures. On arrival, the rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 5: Oaxaca
Take a guided tour of the historic city centre, seeing the grand cathedral and its collection of other beautiful churches before travelling to Oaxaca.

Day 6: Monte Alban
Start the day with a visit to Monte Alban, the region’s most important archaeological site. Then, return to Oaxaca for a walking tour of the central district.

Day 7: Tehuantepec
After breakfast, head to Santa Maria del Tule to see the famous Tule Tree, believed to be 2,000 years old. Continue to Mitla, a sacred burial site for the Zapotecs. Continue on to Teotitlan del Valle, a village well-known for its rugs and blanks. End the day with a drive to Tehuantepec, where you’ll stay overnight.

Day 8: San Cristobal
Travel to Tuxtla Gutierrez where you’ll board a boat for a tour along the Grijalva River and through the Sumidero Canyon. Continue on to San Cristobal de las Casas.

Day 9: San Juan Chamula & Zinacantan
This morning, visit the Tzotzil villages of San Juan Chamula and Zinacantan to learn about the lives of their communities. Return to San Cristobal in the afternoon for a walking tour.

Day 10: Palenque
Leave San Cristobal and travel through forested valleys to reach Palenque

Day 11: Palenque
Head to the ruins of Palenque today, with plenty of time to explore. Return to the hotel and have the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 12: Campeche
Travel to the coastal city of Campeche where, on arrival in the afternoon, you’ll take an orientation tour and visit the Fuerte de San Miguel Museum

Day 13: Kabah, Uxmal & Merida
Today’s first destination is Kabah, where you can view a large collection of statues depicting the rain god Chac. Then drive to the Mayan site of Uxmal to visit the temples, the Pyramid of the Wizard and the Quadrangle of the Nunnery. Then, head to city of Merida.

Day 14: Izamal – Valladolid – Chichen Itza
This morning, visit the Convent of San Antonio de Padua in Izamal. From here, visit the famous site of Chichen Itza, seeing the Pyramid of Kukulcan and the Temple of Warriors. Finally, transfer to your hotel in Valladolid.

Day 15: Cenote Dzitnup – Cancun – In Flight
Check out of your hotel and visit Cenote Dzitnup, one of the stunning cave-like cenotes found throughout the Yucatan Peninsula. Transfer to Cancun for your flight home.
