Day 1: Arrival in Split
Fly to Split. Upon arrival, transfer to the town of Crikvenica. Check in to your hotel and enjoy a welcome drink before dinner
Day 2: Rijeka & Opatija
This morning, take a guided walking tour of Rijeka, a lively city that’s home to gems like St Vitus Cathedral and the Turkish House. You’ll also visit the National Theatre for a guided tour to learn about its history. Afterwards, travel to Opatija, Croatia’s seaside resort. Enjoy some time to wander along the promenade before returning to the hotel for dinner.
Day 3: Krk Island
Visit one of the largest islands off Croatia today. You’ll cross the 1,430m bridge that separates it from the mainland before stopping in Krk for a guided tour. Explore it’s ancient buildings including the 5th Century cathedral and the castle by the sea. After the guided tour, you’ll have some free time to find some lunch before continuing to the village of Vrbinik. Here you’ll stop at a local winery for a tasting, paired with homemade cheese before returning to the hotel
Day 4: Island of Rab
Drive to Stinica harbour where you’ll board the short ferry to the island of Rab. On arrival, join a local guide for a tour of the old town before visiting a bakery to learn about the famous local cake, Rab Torta. You’ll then get the chance to try it for yourself, along with other delicious local treats and refreshing drinks. Return to the hotel for dinner.
Day 5: Istrian coast & Rovinj
Head along the coast to the town of Rovinj, which you can explore at your own pace, admiring the colourful buildings and Venetian inspired architecture. Leaving Rovinj, you’ll then head to Bani where you’ll visit a country restaurant to enjoy a speciality truffle dinner.
Day 6: Day at leisure
After breakfast, you have a full day to spend as your wish in Crikvenica.
Day 7: Plitviče Lakes National Park
Heading south this morning, you’ll reach the Plitviče Lakes National Park, home to a series of waterfalls and lakes. On arrival, set out on a relaxing boat ride and enjoy some time to wander along the footpaths before returning to the hotel for dinner.
Day 8: Trogir, Stella Croatica & Split
This morning, head to the medieval city of Trogir, where a local guide will show you around, visiting the well-preserved castle, the array of churches and palaces, all enclosed in the ancient walls. For lunch, visit Stella Croatica, a unique destination where you can learn about traditional cuisine before enjoying a delicious lunch. In the afternoon, continue to Split. On a guided walking tour, you’ll get the chance to explore the old town, build around the remains of Emperor Diocletian’s Palace. Towards the end of the day, drive along the coast to Tucepi to check into your hotel.
Day 9: Mostar
Today, cross the board into Bosnia & Herzegovina, where you’ll visit the city of Mostar, renowned for its unique blend of cultures and the iconic Stari Most. With a local guide, uncover its highlights and learn about its history. Then, enjoy a traditional lunch featuring local specialities before returning to the hotel.
Day 10: Hvar & Brač
Drive to Podgora and board a boat for a two hour cruise to Hvar. On arrival, meet your guide and enjoy a welcome drink before exploring Vrboska. Here you’ll have the option to explore independently or take a guided walk. From here, sail to Brač. During the sailing, lunch will be served onboard. You’ll arrive in Bol, famous for its beach and have time to relax before taking the boat back to Podgora.
Day 11: Day at leisure
Spend the last day at leisure, with the hotel offering great access to the beaches here.
Day 12: Return home
Transfer back to the airport for your flight home
