Day 1 – Arrival in Paris
Arrive in Paris by plane or Eurostar and transfer to the ship

Day 2 – Paris & Conflans
After breakfast, take a sightseeing tour of Paris with a local expert. Return to the ship at lunch, before cruising for the rest of the afternoon, arriving in Conflans during dinner.

Day 3 – Conflans & Auvers-sur-Oise
Leave the ship to drive through the lush green countryside to the village of Auvers-sur-Oise, which has inspired a number of painters including Van Gogh. While here, visit the elegant Chateau d’Auvers. After lunch, the ship continues along the Seine, giving you the chance to relax onboard and enjoy the facilities.

Day 4 – Rouen
Awake in the Rouen, Normandy’s capital and one of Europe’s best preserved medieval towns. Enjoy a guided tour, visiting its impressive Gothic cathedral and exploring its alleys, shops and boutiques. After lunch, begin your cruise to Le Havre, enjoying magnificent views of the landscapes of the valley.

Day 5 – Le Havre & Arromanches
After breakfast, begin your full day visit to the D-Day Normandy Beaches. Visit the British cemetery at Ranville, followed by the Pegasus Bridge Memorial. Take some time to pay your respects at the Canadian War Cemetery at Beny-sur-Mer before visiting Courselles for lunch at leisure. Later in the day, visit the Juno Beach Centre and take a scenic drive to Arromanches-les-Bains. In the evening, return to Le Havre and the ship in time for dinner.

Day 6 – Honfleur/Étretat & Caudebec-en-Caux
This morning, you can choose to visit either the town of Honfleur or see the coastal area surrounding the coastal town of Étretat.
Return to the ship for lunch and enjoy an afternoon relaxing onboard the ship. During dinner, the ship moors in Caudebec-en-Caux.

Day 7 – Abbey Jumiège & Abbey Saint-Wandrille
In the morning, you can choose to explore Caudebec-en-Caux at your own pace, or join a visit to the majestic Abbey Jumiège, which dates from the 7th Century, and marvel at the ruins. After, visit the working abbey of Saint-Wandrille, one of the first Benedictine abbeys in Normandy.

Return to the ship for lunch and enjoy an afternoon and evening of scenic sailing.

Day 8 – Giverny & La Roche Guyon
Having docked in Vernon during the night, take a short drive to Giverny to visit Claude Monet’s house and garden. Enjoy time to wander through the tranquil Japanese inspired water garden before returning to the ship for lunch while you sail to La Roche Guyon. Here, you’ll visit the Chateau de la Roche. Wander its extensive gardens and see superb views of the Seine. Return to the ship for dinner and sail to Mantes-La-Jolie, arriving later that night.

Day 9 – Chateau de Malmaison
Take a short journey to Chateau de Malmaison, the former residence of Napoleon and his first wife, Josephine. Explore the interior of the building, seeing their private apartments, Napoleon’s secret staircase and the highly decorated library and drawing rooms. Spend some time in the gardens, and the restored pavilion. In the afternoon, cruise past Mantes-la-Jolie’s medieval stone bridge before enjoying the Captain’s Dinner, full of local specialities.

Day 10 – Paris
Having moored at Issy, on the city’s outskirts the night before, this morning you can enjoy some free time in Paris or join an optional tour to the Palace of Versailles. Explore the Royal Apartments, the Opera and the Chapel, as well as the famous Hall of Mirrors. During lunch, the ship moors closer to the capital, after which the afternoon is free for you to spend as you wish. Return to the ship for the final dinner of the trip.

Day 11 – Return Home
After breakfast, depart the ship for your return trip home.
