Day 1: Arrive in Rome
Fly to Rome and transfer by coach to Perugia. Check into your hotel and enjoy a welcome drink

Day 2: Perugia
This morning, take a walking tour of the city. Visit the Piazza IV Novembre, the historic centre of the city which contains to Fountain of Maggiore. Continue to the fortress of Rocca Paolina, the Perugia Cathedral and the Arch of Augustus. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 3: Assisi
Head out to the town of Assisi for a guided tour. Visit the exterior of the Basilica di San Francesco, which houses the remains of Italy’s patron saint, Francis. While here, you’ll also visit the Temple of Minerva, the medieval Palazzo del Capitano del Popolo and the Fountain of the Three Lions. Return to Perugia.

Day 4: Gubbio & Spello
Journey to Gubbio, where you’ll have time at leisure to explore. After lunch at a local restaurant, continue to Spello. Here you’ll visit the Church of Santa Maria Maggiore and the Baglioni Chapel which contains Renaissance frescos.

Day 5: Rasiglia & Spoleto
This morning, visit the charming village of Rasiglia, famed for its many streams. After free time here to explore and find lunch, continue to the hilltop town of Spoleto and check in to your hotel.

Day 6: Narni & Todi
Travel to the hilltop town of Narni today where you’ll take a guided tour of the Narni Underground, a subterranean complex. Enjoy some free time in Todi before returning to the hotel.

Day 7: Civita di Bagnoregio & Orvieto
Head out on an excursion to Civita d Bagnoregio, a village sat on a volcanic tuff and only accessible by a foot bridge. Then, continue to Orvieto where you’ll visit its ornate Cathedral. Tonight, enjoy a special farewell dinner in a restaurant that forms part of the Labyrinth of Hadrian.
