Day 1: UK – Funchal

You will be collected from your home by Titan Travel’s door-to-door service ahead of your flight to Madeira. Upon arrival, check into your hotel in Funchal.

Day 2: Funchal

Immerse yourself in the vibrancy of the city of Funchal while on a guided walking tour. Take in the scenic highlights in Madeira’s capital, including the colourful botanical gardens and bustling market, before heading to a local winery for an excellent wine tasting experience.

Day 3: Funchal

Today is free to explore more of what Funchal has to offer, with there being the first procession of the flower festival – the children’s parade, which you will be able to watch on your third day.

Day 4: Funchal

During day four, sit back and enjoy the opening of the popular Madeira Flower Festival, with the first parade being eagerly anticipated by many spectators.

Day 5: Island Tour

Soak up the remarkable views and landscapes during an in-depth tour of the island during the entirety of day five. Enjoy a visit to a local embroidery factory as you pass through Camara de Lobos, Ribeira Brava and the Encumeada pass, before visiting the beautiful Botanical Gardens. Round the day off wit another immersive wine tasting experience.

Day 6: Funchal

Choose to either explore the city at your own pace, or join an optional excursion to experience more of the region’s highlights.

Day 7: Eira do Serrado – Monte

Travel to Eira do Serrado during the morning of your penultimate day, and enjoy the dramatic mountainous and rugged scenery of the region’s landscapes while on a guided excursion. You’ll also visit the important pilgrimage site of Monte in the afternoon, before spending the rest of the day at your own leisure.

Day 8: Funchal – UK

Travel to the airport for your flight to the UK, where Titan Travel’s VIP service will be ready to take you home.
