Day 1: UK – Bucharest
Titan Travel’s nationwide chauffeur service will collect you ahead of your flight to Bucharest. On arrival, transfer to the hotel.

Day 2: Bucharest
Spend the day exploring the city with a guide, seeing the beautifully restored historic centre and the Stavropoleos Church before visiting the Palace of Parliament.

Day 3: Bucharest
Explore the delights of the city at your own pace today, or join an excursion to visit former President Ceausescu’s Palace and the open-air National Museum of the Village.

Day 4: Sinaia – Azuga – Brasov
Leaving the city behind, head to Peles Castle, the summer residence of the Royal Family, where you’ll take a guided tour of the impressive interior. In the afternoon, visit the Azuga Wine Cellar to learn about their history and try some of their wines.

Day 5: Brasov
Begin the day with a visit to the Prejmer fortified church before return to Brasov. Take a guided tour to discover its medieval history, during which you’ll visit the Black Church, Rope Street and the Schei district. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 6: Sighisoara
Visit Sighișoara this morning and wander its peaceful medieval streets, once fortified against Turkish attacks. Discover its rich history, including the birthplace of Vlad the Impaler and the 17th-century Scholars’ Stairs, with a mini train linking the citadel’s levels. This evening, enjoy dinner with local wine and a traditional folklore show.

Day 7: Bran Castle
Spend the morning however you please, with there being the option to join an excursion to visit the nearby Liberty Bear Sanctuary. Afterwards, take part in a guided tour of the magnificent Bran Castle, which will include the unique ‘Time Tunnel Lift Experience’ – taking you through hundreds of years of history.

Day 8: Brasov – Bucharest – UK
