Day 1: Arrival in Malaga
Fly to Malaga and on arrival, transfer to your hotel near the city centre.

Day 2: Malaga
Enjoy a guided tour of Malaga, seeing the Pompidou Center, the Alcazaba and the Old Town. At the end of the tour, enjoy a tapas tasting before having the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 3: Competa and Sayalonga
Leaving the coast, head into the hills to visit some villages. The first stop is Competa where you’ll have time to explore before visiting a local winery for a tasting. From here, continue to Sayalonga, where you can explore independently. Return to Malaga.

Day 4: Ronda
After breakfast, drive to the city of Ronda, set on a ridge and split by an impressive gorge. Admire the scenery before continuing to Seville.

Day 5: Seville
Head out on a guided tour of Seville this morning, during which you’ll get the chance to see the Plaza de Espana, the Tower of Gold and much more. In the afternoon, take the opportunity to explore the magnificent Alcazar Palace at your own pace.

Day 6: Free day in Seville & flamenco
Enjoy a full day to explore Seville at your own pace, perhaps visiting the Barrio Santa Cruz or going shopping along Calle Sierpes. Alternatively, relax in one of the cafes or do some people watching in the Maria Luisa Park. In the evening, regroup and head to an authentic venue to watch a flamenco performance.

Day 7: Córdoba
Leave Seville after breakfast and travel to Córdoba for a guided tour. Once the ancient capital of the Moors, its famed for the Mezquita, which you’ll visit on the tour. Another highlight is the Roman bridge. After the tour, continue to the city of Granada.

Day 8: Granada and Alhambra
This morning, visit the Alhambra Palace, exploring the fortress as well as the beautiful gardens. Then, spend the rest of the day as you wish, either exploring or relaxing.

Day 9: Granada and Albaicín
Splitting into smaller groups, head to the Albaicín, Granada’s medieval Moorish neighbourhood. Discover the Church of San Miguael Bajo, the Monastery of Santa Isabel la Real and the Dar al-Horra Palace. From here, head back into the centre of Grenada for a guided visit to the Royal Chapel, where you’ll find royal tombs, Flemish art and a collection of historic treasures. The rest of the day is at leisure before enjoying dinner at a local restaurant.

Day 10: Return home
At the appropriate time, transfer back to the airport for your flight home.

This hotel is about 20 minutes walk away from the historic city centre. It features a restaurant, bar, pool and gym. Rooms are equipped with air-conditioning, a safe and a tv.

Barcelo Occidental Grenada****
This comfortable hotel is located just a short walk from the city centre, with a great onsite restaurant and bar. Each room is equipped with wi-fi, air-conditioning, a tv and complimentary toiletries.

Please note the use of air conditioning and outdoor pool opening is at the discretion of the hotels. The pools usually operate from mid-May to early October, depending on weather conditions.
