Day 1: Arrive in Malaga
Travel to Malaga and transfer to your hotel for an overnight stay. Spend the rest of the day at leisure.

Day 2: Malaga
This morning, drive to the village of Mijas, sitting in the mountains above the coast. Enjoy a guided tour before stopping for a taste of local wine and tapas. Return to Malaga for a tour of the old town and some free time for lunch. This afternoon, explore the Alcazaba, the city’s old Moorish palace before transferring to the Star Clipper.

Day 3: Almeria
Call at the city of Almeria. On your guided tour today, you’ll come to the UNESCO protected fortress. Wonder through the fortress’ three compounds to discover the king’s residences, home to the ruins of public baths and a mosque. If you don’t wish to walk up the 101 steps to the fortress, you can choose to enjoy a scenic drive through Alpujarras Mountains.

Day 4: Cartagena
Today’s guided tour is of Cartagena, where you’ll see the Teatro Romano and the Conception Castle. Alternatively, you can book an optional tour to the Old Quarter of Murcia where you’ll have free time to explore the sights before returning to Cartegena for a tour of the city’s highlights.

Day 5: Ibiza
Spend the morning sailing to the island of Ibiza. Following lunch, head to the medieval town of Dalt Vila, whose old town you’ll explore today. Cross the drawbridge of the walled old town and follow the path to the Plaza de Vila and the Cathedral.

Day 6: Palma de Mallorca
This morning, sail into the port of Pama. Take a tour of the city’s highlights including the might cathedral, the old town and the Royal Palace of Almudaina, the official residence of the Spanish monarchs in Mallorca. Afte exploring the palace, hop on a coach for a scenic drive along the Maritime Promenade to the Bellver Castle. There is a free time to explore before returning to the ship.

Day 7: Mahon, Menorca
Stop at the laid-back island of Menorca, where you’ll visit the historic town of Ciutadella for a walking tour.

Day 8: At Sea
Today, enjoy a full day of sailing aboard the Star Clipper

Day 9: Cagliari, Sardinia
Sardinia is your destination for today, where you’ll stop in Cagliari. On a guided tour, discover the historic city centre. Or join an optional tour to archaeological site of Nora, where you’ll see the stunning mosaics, temples and villas. Then, return to the ship for lunch and an relaxing afternoon on the ship

Day 10: At Sea
Enjoy another full day of sailing aboard the Star Clipper

Day 11: Valletta
Arriving in Valletta, disembark the ship for a guided tour of Malta’s capital city. Then, head to the old capital of Mdina for another tour, followed by some time at the leisure. Later, transfer to your hotel before having the rest of the day free.

Day 12: Return home
Transfer to the airport for your flight home.
