Strasbourg


The seat of the European parliament and capital of the Alsace region, Strasbourg offers incredible landmarks encapsulated in the UNESCO world heritage site of Grande-Île, from the awe inspiring Cathedral of Our Lady, the most visited cathedral in France in 2019, to the Palais Rohan, formerly home to many Princes and Bishops, even housing Napoleon and his wife Josephine. Cologne


The fourth largest city in Germany, and the largest city in the North Rhine-Westphalia region Cologne offers spectacular sights, such as the Cologne Cathedral which was the world’s tallest building from 1880-1890 and today remains the tallest cathedral in the world. A testament to its rich history, Roman artifacts from the times of Roman Settlement can be found in the Romano-Germanic Museum. Heidelberg


The seat of the powerful former Electorate of the Palatinate in the Holy Roman Empire, Heidelberg remains a popular destination with tourists due to its renowned architectural displays such as the famous Heidelberg Castle, the Philosopher’s Walk and the Baroque old town. During the 19th Century the city was the centre of Germany’s Romantic Movement, captivating Germans with its beauty.
