Day 1: UK – Reykjavik

Titan Travel’s excellent door-to-door service will collect you ahead of your Reykjavik flight. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel in Reykjavik

Day 2: Akureyri

Commence your adventures in Iceland with excursions to three beautiful villages: Borgarfjordur, Skagafjordur and Vidimyri, before continuing to Akureyri.

Day 3: Akureyri – Húsavík – Tjörnes – Ásbyrgi

Immerse yourself in the stunning views and landscapes of Akureyri while on a short sightseeing tour of the city, before continuing to Husavik. Following this, you’ll journey past the mountainous Tjornes Peninsula to reach Asbyrgi.

Day 4: Lake Mývatn – Dettifoss – Egilsstaðir

Marvel at the incredible Goðafoss waterfall to start the fourth day of your journey, before reaching the unique region of Lake Myvatn and exploring the surrounding geothermal waters and volcanic and underground cave systems. You’ll then have the opportunity to see the wonders Namaskard and then Dettifos – home to one of the world’s largest waterfalls. The final destination on this day will be the stunning town of Egilsstaðir.

Day 5: Egilsstaðir – Hofn

The journey continues southwards to Almannaskard – home to the world’s third largest icecap, Vatnajokull Glacier.

Day 6: Kirkjubaejarklaustur

Witness Oraefajokull, Iceland’s highest peak at 2,109m, as you explore the National Parks at Jokulsarlon and Vatnajokull.

Day 7: Hveragerdi

Today includes visits to the birdlife havens of Reynishverfi and Dyrholaey, before travelling to the vast lava fields of Skogar to explore the town’s Folk Museum. You will cap off the day by stopping off at Skogarfoss and Seljalandsfoss to marvel at their impressive waterfalls.

Day 8: Gullfoss – Reykjavik

Visit the hot springs of Great Geysir and the stunning waterfalls at Gullfoss, before travelling to the outstanding Thingvellir National Park. You will then travel back to Reykjavik in the afternoon.

Day 9: Reykjavik

Spend a day exploring the city at your own leisure, or enjoy a whale watching tour if you chose to book this prior to your trip.

Day 10: Reykjavik – UK

Travel back to the airport ahead of your return flight to the UK, where Titan Travel’s VIP service will take you home upon arrival.
