Embark on the North Cape Line in the picturesque city of Bergen for an unforgettable voyage during autumn, winter, or spring. Journey to Norway’s northernmost point at North Cape in the Arctic, where you might witness the enchanting Northern Lights. Afterwards, your ship will reverse course and sail southward towards the Arctic city of Tromsø.

Day 1: Welcome to Norway
Travel to Bergen. Check in to your hotel before having the rest of the day at leisure to explore the city.
Day 2: Bergen
After breakfast, a transfer will take you to the pier to board MS Trollfjord. Get to the onboard team that will be organising the onboard activities before relaxing as the ship sails into Hjeltefjord.
Day 3: Molde
The ship arrives in Molde, the capital of Romsdalen this morning. There are a range of excursions available today, including a trip along the iconic Atlantic Road, a hike to the Varden Viewpoint or a visit the Romsdalen Museum, one of the largest folk museums in Norway.
Day 4: Rørvik
Visit the Vikna archipelago today, calling at the port town of Rørvik. The ship will stay here for a few hours, letting you explore the maritime museums or perhaps enjoying the Cod Festival if you’re visiting in March.
Day 5: Lødingen
Explore Hinnøya today, stopping in the village of Lødingen, one of the ports from Hurtigruten’s earliest coastal voyages. Wander through the town and take in the views of the Gullesfjord and the pristine mountain ranges of the island. There are a number of optional excursions you can join, including a fishing trip, an Sámi experience or a visit to Dampskipsbrygga.
Day 6: Alta
Today’s port of call is the town of Alta, one of the largest on the route. Famous for its salmon and the views of the northern lights, you have time to explore the town. Perhaps join an optional guided tour of the town and visit the Northern Lights Cathedral and the Alta Museum. There is also a selection of excursions available in the winter including dogsledding and a visit to the Igloo Hotel
Day 7: The North Cape
Sail to the mainland’s northernmost city, Honningsvåg today. On arrival, you can join an optional excursion to the North Cape itself, enjoying the views out over the Barents Sea. Back in the city, you can try the local delicacy of King Crab or visit the local art gallery and the Church.
Day 8: Tromsø
Arrive in Tromsø today. Disembark the ship and transfer to your hotel. Enjoy the rest of the day at leisure.
Day 9: Depart Tromsø
After breakfast, leave Tromsø
