One of Hurtigruten’s most celebrated vessels, MS Midnatsol takes its name from the Midnight Sun—a natural wonder of northern Norway, where the sun remains above the horizon for 24 hours each summer. On board, the décor draws inspiration from Norway’s breathtaking landscapes, showcased through striking pieces of Norwegian modern art. Her light-filled interiors embrace a classic Art Deco style, with a colour palette reflecting the golden glow of the Midnight Sun, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere all year round.
Cabins onboard the MS Midnatsol are organised into four categories: Polar Inside, Polar Outside or Arctic Superior. They also have several expedition suites.
Please note that all cabins have individual specifications.
Polar Inside
These feature separate beds, one of which can be converted into a sofa. Each cabin includes a private bathroom with shower and complimentary toiletries, as well as a TV, safe, European two-pin power sockets, and tea- and coffee-making facilities.
