Days 1-2: Fly to Santiago
Fly overnight to Santiago. On arrival, transfer to your hotel and enjoy the remainder of the day to relax.
Day 3: Explore Santiago
Head out on a walking tour to explore this historic city. Visit the Plaza de Armas, where you’ll find the impressive cathedral and post office. Then, head up Santa Lucia Hill to enjoy views over the city.

Day 4: Visit Valparaiso
Travel to the coast to reach the port city of Valparaiso, where you’ll visit the La Sebastiana Museum before heading to Casablanca Valley, one of the Chile’s best wine regions. Here you’ll visit a winery, enjoying lunch and a tasting session in the vineyards.

Day 5: Fly to Mendoza
Board a flight over the Andes and into Argentina. Arrive in the city of Mendoza.

Day 6: Discover Mendoza
Tale a walking tour of the city before having the afternoon at leisure to carry on exploring or perhaps try some wines.

Day 7: Explore the Maipu Valley
South of the city, the Maipu Valley is one of Argentina’s most important wine regions. Admire the views of the mountains from the vineyards you’ll tour today, enjoying more tasting sessions and lunch.

Day 8: Arrive in Buenos Aires
This morning, transfer to the airport for a flight to Buenos Aires. On arrival, you’ll have the afternoon to begin exploring the city independently.

Day 9: Explore Buenos Aires
Spend today exploring each of the city’s unique neighbourhoods, from the colourful La Boca to the city’s oldest, San Telmo. Then, enjoy a night of tango, with a delicious local meal and tango performance.

Day 10: Discover the Pampas
Leave the city to reach the pampas, vast grasslands, where you’ll visit a traditional ranch and learn about life as a gaucho (cowboy). While here, enjoy an ‘asado’ lunch before seeing a folklore show in the afternoon.

Day 11: On to Iguazu
Fly to the north of Argentina today, where you’ll find the breath-taking Iguazu Falls
(Breakfast and dinner)
Day 12: Explore Iguazu
Begin your day on the Argentine side of the falls, where you’ll head to the viewing platforms, spotting wildlife along the way. Later, visit a Mborore Aldea village, and meet some of the community who will share their way of life.

Day 13: Travel to Rio de Janeiro
This morning, cross over the border into Brazil to see the falls from a different angle before flying to Rio de Janeiro.

Day 14: Explore Rio
Start your day with a journey up Corcovado Mountain to stand under the iconic statue of Christ the Redeemer. After lunch, take a tour of the city before taking the cable car t the top of Sugarloaf Mountain.

Days 15-16: Fly to UK
Transfer to the airport for your flight home, arriving the next day.

Life as a gaucho
Spend a day on a traditional estancia (ranch) on the Pampas to learn about the guachos (cowboys)
Wine tasting in Casablanca Valley
