On this tour of Peru you’ll explore the coastal capital of Lima, search for condors soaring over the vast Colca Canyon, glide through the serene waters of Lake Titicaca, and journey to the mountaintop wonder of Machu Picchu, uncovering Peruvian history and legends along the way.
Day 1: In Flight
Travel to the airport using Titan’s vip door-to-door and take an overnight flight to Lima.
Days 2-3: Lima
After arriving, you’ll have the rest of the day at leisure. The next day, take a morning tour of the city, exploring the historic squares and seeing the Cathedral and Government Palace. Visit the Larco Herrara Museum before having the rest of the day free.

Day 4: Arequipa
Following breakfast, transfer to the airport for a flight to Arequipa.

Day 5: Arequipa
Embark on a city your this morning, exploring the old quarter of San Lazaro and the Monastery of Santa Catalina. Here you can view a beautiful gallery of paintings and sculptures. The afternoon is at leisure.

Day 6: Colca Canyon
Travel into the Colca Canyon today. Admire the colourful valley as you head to Chivay, in the south of the region.

Day 7: Colca Canyon to Puno
This morning, visit the spectacular Cruz del Condor, where you can watch the Andean Condors soaring through the sky. Later in the day, travel to Puno.

Day 8: Lake Titicaca
Enjoy a full day excursion to Lake Titicaca today, the continent’s biggest. See the Uros villages and Taquile Island, home to Quechua speaking natives. While here, you’ll witness traditional hand-weaving techniques.

Day 9: Cuzco
Travel to Cuzco onboard the Titicaca train, enjoying brilliant views of the mountains and fields. Onboard, you’ll get the chance to try gourmet Peruvian cuisine and enjoy live music performances.

Day 10: Cuzco
Once the capital of the Inca Empire, this city is archaeological gem, with today’s tour showcasing the Temple of the Sun and the ruins of Sacsayhuaman. You’ll also visit the Plaza de Armas and Cuzco Cathedral.

Day 11: Sacred Valley
Head into the Sacred Valley. The first stop is in the village of Pisac, where Quechua people from the highlands come to the local markets. Then, head to Ollantaytambo to see the ruins of this Inca fortress.

Day 12: Machu Picchu
Travel by train to magnificent Machu Picchu. Spend the day exploring the complex, home to around 200 structures.

Day 13: Sacred Valley
Transfer to Cuzco for your flight to Lima, where you’ll stay overnight.

Day 14: Flight home
Transfer to the airport for your overnight flight home

Arrive back in the UK, travelling home using Titan’s door-to-door service
Titan Travel also feature this tour with a 6-day post tour extension to the Galapagos Islands. The itinerary remains the same until Day 13, where you’ll stay in Cuzco overnight instead of continuing to Lima.
Day 14: Cuzco to Quito
In the morning, fly from Cuzco to Quito via Lima. On arrival, travel to a local restaurant for an introduction to Ecuadorian cuisine. After, take a city tour, including a visit to a rose plantation before having the evening at leisure.

Day 15: Otavalo
Head north to the charming town of Otavalo, known for its markets full of textiles and artwork. After some time exploring, visit Parque del Condor and enjoy lunch before returning to Quito.

Day 16: To the Galapagos Islands
Fly to the majestic Galapagos Islands this morning and embark on the boat you’ll be calling home for the next 4 days. In the afternoon, head to Mosquera Islet, a brilliant place to watch a variety of wildlife.

Day 17: Galapagos Islands
In the morning, visit Egas Port on Santiago Island, known for its towering cliffs. Keep an eye out for marine iguanas and sea lions. In the afternoon, venture to Rabida Island where you can see the iconic blue-footed boobies.

Day 18: Galapagos Islands
Head to Isabella Island today, where you’ll stop at Urbina Bay where you can encounter giant tortoises and the flightless cormorant. Next stop is Tagus Cove, where the water is teeming with colourful fish, penguins and turtles.

Day 19: Galapagos Islands
Begin with an excursion to Espinosa Point, home to a colony of marina iguanas. In the afternoon, continue to Punta Vincente Roca, where you’ll transfer to a small boat to cruise up the coast.

Day 20: To Lima
Head ashore on Santa Cruz Island to explore the highlands, where you might see the Galapagos giant tortoises. In the afternoon, fly to Lima via Guayaquil.

Day 22: UK
Arrive back home today, with Titan’s door-to-door service waiting to take you from the airport to your home.
