At the end of the day, enjoy a three-course set-menu dinner , thoughtfully inspired by the region and accompanied by complimentary wine throughout the week. Conclude your meal with a steaming cup of fresh coffee. Dinner is provided 6 days a week, granting you the freedom to venture out and discover the resort’s culinary offerings on one evening of your choosing.

As part of your holiday, you’ll enjoy complimentary guiding and coaching sessions throughout the week with our fully qualified ski and snowboard instructors through the Neilson Mountain Experts programme.

Designed for confident blue and red-run skiers and snowboarders, these sessions are a great way to explore the mountain with experienced local guides while improving your technique and confidence on the slopes.

A minimum of three sessions are offered each week, with every guest guaranteed at least two sessions during their stay. Sessions may take place in either the morning or afternoon, and your hosts will provide full details and booking information once you arrive at the resort.

Nestled within the vast 210km Grandvalira ski area, El Tarter offers excellent snow conditions throughout the season. Thanks to its altitude and extensive snowmaking coverage, El Tarter typically offers reliable conditions throughout much of the ski season.

The resort is renowned for having one of Europe’s finest ski schools. Whether you’re a complete beginner looking to build confidence on the slopes or an experienced skier aiming to refine your technique, there are lessons, clinics and coaching programmes tailored to every ability level.

El Tarter itself is a relaxed and welcoming mountain village with a laid-back atmosphere. Après-ski is generally low-key, with a selection of cosy bars and venues to enjoy. For a livelier scene, L’Abarset, located at the foot of the slopes, is a popular spot until early evening. Those wanting to continue the festivities can head to the nearby Neilson Hotel Del Clos bar.

Yes. An equipment hire shop is located approximately 600m from the chalet, close to the lifts.
