What’s Included with Neilson Ski?

Accommodation
Neilson Ski’s Mountain Collection features seven properties across 3 countries. You can choose to stay in either a hotel or a chalet hotel.

Return flights & Transfers
All package holidays to a Neilson Ski property include return flights from your chosen airport and in destination transfers. These transfers are usually by minibus or coach. Longer transfers may include a comfort stop.

Dining
Neilson Ski Holidays operate on either a half board or a chalet board basis. Half Board Basis includes daily breakfast, afternoon tea and dinner. Chalet board, on the other hand, includes daily breakfast and afternoon tea with 6 evening meals, including complimentary wine.

Free ski guiding & coaching
At all the resorts, those over 18 years old, who are a good blue or red run skier can take advantage of Neilson’s Mountain Experts’ guiding and coaching sessions. Each session is around 2 hours long, and each guest is guaranteed two sessions per week. In school holidays, children aged over 12 may take part but must be accompanied by an adult.

Neilson Mountain Experts

With Neilson Mountain Experts, you’ll enjoy free, on-the-mountain guiding and coaching in Andorra, France, and Italy, led by fully qualified local ski and snowboard instructors. Available exclusively to guests in Neilson’s Mountain Collection hotels and chalet hotels, these fun, informal sessions combine insider knowledge of the best runs and mountain stops with expert tips to build your confidence and technique. Adults over 18 (and children 12+ during school holidays with a guardian) can join two guaranteed sessions per week – from gentle warm-ups and scenic guiding to focused drills and skills, making it the perfect way to explore the slopes, sharpen your abilities, and make the most of your holiday at no extra cost.

Ski Pack Bundles

Save time and money by booking your lift pass, equipment hire and tuition when booking.  There are 2 choices – beginner or improver, and they both include a lift pass, equipment hire and tuition for skiing or snowboarding.

Neilson have introduced two new hotels in Val d’Isere, Hotel & Spa Le Savoie & Hotel Ducs de Savoie (ideal for family ski holidays with kids clubs) exclusive to Neilson and available to book for 2025/26

Neilson Family Ski Holidays

Each of the kids’ clubs* is run by Neilson’s team of experienced, fun-loving nannies who fill every day with exciting activities and unforgettable moments. Little ones will come back bursting with stories to tell! For children who’ve pre-booked ski tuition through Neilson – available to book via Travel Club Elite – epic ski days are taken care of with a convenient ski school drop-off and pick-up service.  Plus, during the school holidays, Neilson’s Mountain Experts run free guided family sessions (age 12+) to help you explore the slopes together throughout the week. There are also evening clubs and private nannies for booking*.

Hotel Del Clos in El Tarter, Andorra is a great choice for families, with uncrowded slopes that are perfect for beginners and offers Neilson-run childcare for those aged between 4 and 12 years. In the French resort of Val d’Isere, Hotel Ducs de Savoie also offers these kids clubs as well as a children’s corner with games and toys. Lastly, Hotel Le Menuire & Spa in Les Menuires, France.

Andorra
This small country is home to two fantastic ski areas, both offering great snow conditions and outstanding pistes. There’s plenty of slopes for skiers of all abilities, including beginners, as well as a lively apres-ski scene to enjoy. The resort of El Tarter in Andorra is home to three Neilson El Tarter properties, Hotel Del Clos, Chalet Hotel Casale and Chalet Hotel Motxo.

France
The nation’s vast mountain ranges, elevated ski resorts, and impressive snowfall history make it a great destination for skiing. For a more laid-back holiday, head to the resort of Les Menuires, where you will find the Hotel Le Menuire & Spa. The world-famous resort of Val d’Isere is home to Neilson Val d’Isere properties such as Hotel La Toviere — a stylish and luxurious base for exploring the diverse slopes. New for 2025 and exclusive to Neilson Ski Holidays, Hotel & Spa La Savoie and Hotel Ducs de Savoie also join the Neilson Val d’Isere collection, offering premium accommodation in one of the Alps’ most iconic destinations.

Italy
If you are looking for quieter slopes paired with incredible scenery, Italy is the perfect destination. The resort of Sauze d’Oulx is a great choice for intermediate and advanced skiers, as well as those looking to enjoy legendary nightlife. Likewise, Val di Fassa in the Dolomites is ideal for intermediate skiers, and from Chalet Hotel Dolomites Inn, you can explore the entire Dolomites ski area.
