Travel Club Elite’s first priority is our customers & stakeholders & the trust that they place in us.

In early March 2024 we became aware of illegal and fraudulent use of Travel Club Elites’ name, logo, identity, reputation & variations thereof by unknown persons/entities in a scam charging for employment or offering compensation for providing online reviews. The sites seem to be promoted predominantly (but not exclusively) in North America. Other major brands in the travel industry were also targeted. 

Please be advised that Travel Club Elite offers no such employment or investment opportunity, and these sites have no connection to Travel Club Elite.

These ‘phishing’ sites have nothing to do with our entirely legitimate business, Travel Club Elite Ltd. (www.travelclubelite.com). The scammers were abusing our good name & copyright for passing off & other illegal purposes.

We worked hard to get these fake sites taken down & have alerted the relevant bodies.

Travel Club Elite will never ask you to pay or make a deposit, including any refundable security deposit to be paid into bank accounts, for employment purposes. Do not pay any fee/deposit to individuals/agencies/employment portals on the pretext of participating in the Travel Club Elite interview process or seeking employment with us.

Travel Club Elite does not send offer letters from Hotmail, Yahoo, Gmail, or any other public email accounts or demand a fee in lieu of an employment offer or interview. If you receive such emails, please do not pay any fee or deposit. Travel Club Elite does not (& has not ever) offered or operated any paid review schemes.

For the avoidance of doubt, any communications regarding employment opportunities with Travel Club Elite will come from an @travelclubelite.com email address. Candidates should be cautious of misleading communications, and we encourage you to cease communications if something feels dubious about your interactions.

If you believe you are a victim of such a scam, please log a complaint with your local police for necessary legal action to be taken. You may also file a complaint with local consumer protection bodies.

Travel Club Elite takes the security of its systems and privacy obligations very seriously. These scams are in no way connected to our systems or indicative of any data breach within our systems. Travel Club Elite is not responsible for any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from scams.
