Day 1 | Fly to Amritsar via Delhi

Fly from London (regional connections available) to Amritsar via Delhi with British Airways.

Day 2 | Amritsar

Arrive and transfer to Taj Swarna. Visit the Golden Temple for the Palki Sahib night ceremony, followed by a welcome dinner.

Day 3 | Amritsar & Wagah

Visit the Golden Temple and its vast community kitchen, then explore Qila Ahluwalia and Jalebiwala Chowk. Later, travel to Wagah for the Changing of the Guard ceremony.

Fly to Varanasi via Delhi. Visit Dasaswamedh Ghat and witness the atmospheric Ganges aarti ceremony.

Take a sunrise boat ride on the Ganges, followed by a walking tour of Varanasi’s markets and craftsmen’s quarter. Fly to Delhi for a two-night stay.

Explore Old Delhi by rickshaw and on foot, visiting Jama Masjid and passing the Red Fort. Tour New Delhi, including India Gate, the Viceregal Residence, Qutb Minar and Humayun’s Tomb.

Take the Gatimaan Express to Agra. Visit Agra Fort before seeing the Taj Mahal illuminated by the setting sun.

Day 8 | Fatehpur Sikri & Ranthambore

See the Taj Mahal at sunrise from Mehtab Bagh before travelling to Fatehpur Sikri. Enjoy lunch at Laxmi Vilas Palace, then take the train to Sawai Madhopur and continue to Ranthambore.

Day 9 | Ranthambore National Park

Enjoy morning and afternoon 4×4 safaris in search of Bengal tigers, deer, sloth bears and birdlife.

Enjoy a day at leisure, with an optional 4×4 safari to a Bishnoi tribal village.
