The Cove Suites are set apart from the main resort and add an extra level of luxury with 28 magnificent Suites and 4 Penthouses located within 4 sumptuous villas, each with its own private infinity pool. Nestled in beautiful gardens overlooking the ocean, the elegant Palm Restaurant has an open front which offers an al fresco feel. Breakfast is served on the sunny terrace and lunch options include salads, sandwiches, burgers and local dishes such as Cajun-spiced mahi mahi. In the evening the restaurant is a lovely venue for sophisticated dinners. Carolyn’s beach bar and restaurant offers a casual alternative for lunch. Choose from a range of salads, flat breads and light bites such as grilled king prawns. There is also a tempting selection of creamy cocktails, smoothies and gelatos as well as beers and wines.

Bartley’s Restaurant is open 2-3 evenings per week, offering an intimate air-conditioned setting for dinner with a menu of mouth-watering delights such as pan seared snapperand jerked chicken breast. If you’re spoilt for choice when it comes to starters, you can opt for one or more of the sharing plates to enjoy tasting portions such as spiced crusty squid and aubergine fritters. Delicious desserts include mango mojito sorbet and passion lime meringue pie. Perched dramatically on a clifftop, the renowned Cove Restaurant offers a romantic spot for dinner with breathtaking views over the ocean and is open 4-5 evenings per week. The Caribbean-style Pelican Bar is a bright and airy venue for relaxing drinks during the day and cocktails at night as the infectious rhythm of a steel band creates a lively atmosphere. Enjoy al fresco drinks at the casual Beach Bar or take a break from swimming in the pool and head to Veronica’s to cool off with a refreshing drink or mingle with other guests and sample some inventive concoctions at the weekly manager’s cocktail party.
