Day 1 UK – Fasano

Fly to Puglia today and transfer to your hotel near the historic town of Fasano. This evening, enjoy a welcome drink and get to know your fellow travellers before dinner.

Day 2 Fasano – Cisternino

Visit the whitewashed hill town of Ostuni, known for its winding lanes and striking Gothic cathedral, followed by a visit to a local olive-oil producer with tasting. Continue to the charming town of Cisternino to explore its beautifully preserved Old Town, narrow streets, historic churches, and panoramic views across the trulli-dotted countryside.

Day 3 Locorotondo & Masseria Lunch

This morning, visit the picturesque town of Locorotondo before enjoying a delicious locally sourced lunch at a traditional Puglian masseria, set amid bougainvillea-lined terraces with sweeping countryside views.

Day 4 Matera

Explore the remarkable city of Matera on a guided walking tour, discovering the ancient Sassi cave dwellings carved into the rock and learning about one of Italy’s earliest settlements from a knowledgeable local guide.

Day 5 Alberobello, Locorotondo & Martina Franca

The fascinating Valley of Itria presents plenty of opportunities to see the conical beehive-style Trulli houses that epitomise the region. Explore Alberobello, Locorotondo and finally Martina Franca, an evocative town of medieval palaces, churches and balconied houses.

Day 6 Fasano – At Leisure

Enjoy a free day to relax at your hotel. This evening, you may choose to join an optional excursion to the coastal town of Monopoli, known for its medieval centre, seafront promenade, and Baroque cathedral. Spend time exploring, enjoying dinner at a local restaurant, and perhaps sampling some Italian gelato.

Day 7 Fasano – At Leisure

Enjoy a day at leisure to relax or explore independently. This evening, gather at the hotel for a farewell get-together.
