Resort and Spa Le Dune

This large resort style village is made up of 5 distinctive hotels with 496 rooms, all furnished in Mediterranean style with terrace or balcony, en suite shower room, air conditioning, TV, telephone, safe, minibar, hairdryer and beach towels. All the hotels have their own reception (except Duna Bianca where guests are met), who provide essential resort information. There is a choice of restaurants, bars and swimming pools (Sabine pool reserved for Sabine and Duna Bianca guests) and the beach has reserved deckchairs for all guests (subject to availability, some extra cost).

• The long sandy beach has reserved complimentary sunbeds and parasols for all guests from the third row (subject to availability). In May, June and September the 1^st row €16 per day, 2^nd row €12 per day and in July and August 1^st row €20 per day, 2^nd row €16 per day (price for 2 sunbeds and 1 parasol, complimentary for Duna Bianca hotel guests)
• Windsurf, catamaran, pedalo and rubber dinghy rental from the beach (extra cost)
• There is a central piazzetta with gift shop, small health & beauty shop, boutique, games area, tourist office for excursions, car and boat hire and Le Dune Point for resort information and activity and restaurant bookings, usually open until late in the evening.

A fantastic feature of the village is the choice of 6 bars and 10 restaurants for dinner (subject to availability, reservation required except at Il Nautilus). House wine and spring water are included at all the restaurants (water only at Romantico, Il Fico d’India, Il Leccio and Scofano):

Il Nautilus: Main restaurant with international buffet and daily specialities. Also open for brunch (extra cost).

Scorfano: Specialises in a buffet of grilled fish, with antipasti and sweet buffets (supplement €15 per person except Duna Bianca guests and children 1 year and under)

Il Pomodoro: Buffet service serving Italian and regional specialities

Carrimbanca: A buffet of authentic Sardinian cuisine

Romantico: For an elegant dinner by candlelight with table service (supplement €15 per person except Duna Bianca guests and children 1 year and under)

Alla Spiaggia: Opposite the beach in the Duna Bianca area, with themed Mediterranean buffets specialising in fish and seafood. Also open for brunch (extra cost)

Il Leccio: Mediterranean show cooking with buffet service (supplement €15 per person except for Duna Bianca, Le Sabine guests and children 1 year and under

Il Fico d’India: Chef’s menu of the day for adults only with table service (over 14 years), €20 per person supplement (open from 08/06)

Li Junchi: Pizza, pasta and ice-cream restaurant with table service, house wine, spring water, draught beer and soft drinks included

Peter Pan: Restaurant area for Baby and Mini Club children (2-8 years) open 6 days a week (excludes Saturdays) for lunch and dinner 7pm-8pm. For children up to 2 years a parent must be present.

There is a choice of family rooms sleeping 5/6 or modern suites sleeping up to 4, pushchair hire (pre-book, €20 per stay with refundable deposit) and complimentary activities, watersports (extra cost) and entertainment for all the family. Children are well catered for with dedicated facilities and clubs included in the price of the holiday (book locally, no children’s clubs available on Saturday’s):

Fantasy Village: Set up on a shady hill with children’s pool (supervised at certain times of the day) and sandy playground.

Duneland Castle: The base for the Children’s Clubs with soft play equipment, play centre, movie room, organised activities, arts and crafts and sleeping area with cots and bottle service available.

Peter Pan Restaurant: For children’s lunch with an area for Baby and Mini Clubs. A parent must be present for children under 2 years old. There is dinner with supervision 7pm-8pm 6 days a week (excludes Saturdays).

Nursery: Baby room available (on request) with change facilities, fridges, sterilisers, microwave etc.

Baby Club: For ages 2-3 years open from 9:30am to 6:30pm and evening group child care 8:30-10:30pm (book and pay for locally). A medical certificate is required, issued by your doctor not more than 3 days prior to arrival, proving that the child has no contagious illness.

Mini Club: For ages 4-8 years open 9:30am-6:30pm with recreational activities.

Junior Club: For ages 9 -13 years open 9:30am-6:30pm with recreational and sports activities and once a week dinner/themed party (reservation required).

Teen Club: For ages 14-17 years in an exclusive area with supervised sport, recreational activities and evening entertainment.

Learning by Playing: This includes activities such as growing plants and picking vegetables which can later be eaten in the Peter Pan restaurant. Also in the aviary, children can learn about the variety of birds and collect free-range eggs from the chickens.
