Located in the heart of Grand Massif, with its varied runs for skiers of all abilities, Club Med Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon is an ideal resort for families. With tuition included for those aged 4 years and over, and a lift pass that covers 265km of slopes, everyone will have the chance to learn to ski or improve their skills. If you’d like to try some high-mountain skiing, you can head to the Cascades run, suitable for families, which brings you to the village of Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval.
In the resort, guests can enjoy access to an indoor pool and gym, with a selection of group classes available, including Aquadynamic, yoga and fitness training. If you’re looking for something more relaxing, head to the Spa by Sothys, which offers a range of treatments as well as a sauna and steam room.
Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon offers inclusive kids clubs for those aged 4-17 years. At Mini Club Med+, younger children can try skiing during group lessons and take part in fun activities such as Yeti Bootcamp. At Teen Club Med, teenagers can go snowboarding, and in school holidays, join a dedicated Snow Sports Programme for intermediate skier to learn new disciplines. The resort also offers childcare for children aged 0-3yrs, with early learning activities with expert supervision, available at an extra cost.
In the evenings, gather in one of the restaurants for a delicious meal. In the main restaurant, you can look forward to international and local dishes, all features plenty of fresh vegetables or fruits. For a more intimate atmosphere, head to the Skyline Gourmet Lounge to try some great local produce and indulge in perfectly paired wine. Then, spend the evenings enjoying the daily entertainment or simply relax in your comfortable room.
At Club Med Grand Massif Samoëns Morillon, the Easy Arrival service lets you organize your equipment rental, lessons, and childcare before you even depart. Upon arrival, your chosen ski gear will be set up in the ski room for fitting, and your ski school tickets will be included in your welcome booklet. For those with childcare bookings, simply stop by the kids’ club to meet the team, finalize registration, and take care of equipment fittings.

Head to the highest point of the resort, where you’ll find the Skyline Terrace. Here, you can enjoy 360° views across the valley while indulging in a hot chocolate or enjoying regional dishes at dinner
Samoëns historic market
Tale the Grand Massif Express Gondola to reach the village of Samoëns. If you travel there on a Wednesday, you can wander around the market, one of the best in Haute-Savoie.
Flaine Art Route
Ski along this unique art display, with works by Pablo Picasso among them. You can also visit the Flaine Art Centre to see exhibitions of contemporary art.
Grand Massif
Enjoy high-mountain skiing on the Cascades Run, located at an altitude of 2,480m. This 14km run is suitable for families and takes you to the charming village of Sixt-Fer-a-Cheval.

With a new enhanced programme of activities, there’s no shortage of fun to be had for children age 4-10yrs. From group ski lessons to brand new activities such as Igloo Village and Yeti Bootcamp, all the activities on offer give them the chance to develop their skills and confidence and make new friends.

Teens Club Med (11-13yrs)
With both ski and snowboarding lessons available for teens, there’s plenty of opportunity for them to get on the slopes. Plus, during school holidays, they can join the Teens Snow Sports Programme, which lets intermediate skiers try new skills under the supervision of an expert tutor. Off the slopes, there’s fun activities such as apres-ski events and craft workshops
