Day 1 – Fly to Phoenix

Fly direct from London to Phoenix, Arizona. Upon arrival, collect your car and drive to Scottdale, staying overnight at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows.

Day 2 – Petrified Forest

Drive to the Petrified Forest National Park. En route, you may want to stop in Flagstaff, which lies on Route 66. Stay 2 nights at La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham.

Day 3 – Petrified Forest

The day is free for you to explore the national park. It is also possible to visit the Painted Desert for a scenic drive, with hiking trails and viewpoints along the way.

Day 4 – Monument Valley

Travel to Canyon de Chelley this morning to visit the Navajo tribal lands. See towering cliffs including the Spider Rock Spire. Continue to Monument Valley and stay at Goulding’s Lodge & Trading Post for 2 nights.

Day 5 – Monument Valley

In either the morning or the afternoon, join a scenery and culture safari of the valley, in the company of a Navajo guide.

Day 6 – Lake Powell

Continue to Lake Powell, staying overnight at the resort, overlooking the water. Later, join a hike into the Lower Antelope Canyon.

Day 7 – Grand Canyon North Rim

En route to the Grand Canyon, stop at Horseshoe Bend where you may wish to try a hiking trail. Later, arrive at the Grand Canyon North Rim Lodge for a 2-night stay.

Day 8 – Grand Canyon North Rim

Today, enjoy the spectacular views of the Grand Canyon and try some of its scenic trails. Or, head to Point Imperial via a vista filled drive and enjoy the sunset.

Day 9 – Zion National Park

Journey to Zion National Park in Utah. Stay 2-nights at Zion Mountain Ranch. Your afternoon is free to walk through the park.

Day 10 – Zion National Park

Join a guide on a full or half day hike into the National Park, learning about the history, geology, flora and fauna of the region.

Day 11 – Bryce Canyon

Travel to Bryce Canyon. Stay at the Best Western Plus Bryce Canyon Grand Hotel for 2 nights.

Day 12 – Bryce Canyon

Choose between a hour and a half, or 3 hours horse ride around the Canyon. These are suitable for riders of all levels.

Day 13 – Las Vegas

Travel to Las Vegas and stay overnight in the Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas. This evening, you may wish to attend one of the world-class shows on offer.

Day 14 – Fly to the UK

Return your hire car and then fly home to the UK
