Day 1-2: Fly to Saigon
Fly overnight to Saigon. On arrival you will be met by your expert tour guide and transferred to your hotel. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Day 3: Discover Saigon & Cu Chi
Spend the morning exploring the Cu Chi Tunnels and learn about Viet Cong guerrilla tactics. After lunch at an organic farm, return to Saigon for a city tour, visiting Notre Dame Cathedral, the Central Post Office, Reunification Palace, and the War Remnants Museum.

Day 4: Mekong Delta Cruise
Journey to Ben Tre to take a cruise on the Mekong River. Paddle through the maze of palm-lined canals and get a glimpse of daily life on the Mekong Delta. Enjoy a lunch of local dishes. Make a stop at Vinh Trang Pagoda en route back to Saigon.

Day 5: Journey to Hoi An
Fly to Danang and transfer to Hoi An. This afternoon, enjoy a walking tour of the town’s historic streets, visiting an old merchant’s house, Quan Cong Temple, the Japanese Bridge, and the lively market. Stop at Reaching Out, a social enterprise supporting artisans with disabilities.

Day 6: Tra Que Village
Drive out into the countryside to Tra Que, a small farming community that supplies many hotels and restaurants in the area with vegetables and herbs. Here you can enjoy the lush green countryside and stroll through the gardens to see the farmers at work. The afternoon is at leisure..

Day 7: Imperial Hue
Depart Hoi An for Hue via the scenic Hai Van Pass. Explore the historic Imperial Citadel and Forbidden Purple City, once home to the Nguyen emperors. Visit the ancient Thien Mu Pagoda, then enjoy a cruise on the Perfume River.

Day 8: Royal Tombs & Fly to Hanoi
Visit the UNESCO World Heritage Royal Tomb of Minh Mang, a complex of 40 monuments set in surroundings of gardens and pools. This afternoon, fly to Hanoi, Vietnam’s charming capital.

Day 9: Discover Hanoi
Sightseeing today includes a wander through the Ho Chi Minh Quarter, where you will pass Ho Chi Minh’s Mausoleum and visit the Stilt House set in the gardens of the Presidential Palace. Also visit One Pillar Pagoda and the Confucian Temple of Literature. End the days exploration with a cyclo tour through the Old Quarter and enjoy a Vietnamese egg coffee.

Day 10: Halong Bay Junk Cruise
Board a traditional cruise on Halong Bay, a UNESCO World Heritage Site known for its stunning scenery. Enjoy activities like kayaking or exploring island caves, then return to the ship for dinner.

Day 11: Return to Hanoi
Rise early this morning for a beautiful sunrise over the bay. Return to Hanoi after brunch on deck and enjoy an afternoon at leisure.

Day 12: Fly Hanoi to UK
Fly to the UK, arriving home the same or following day.
