Residence Santa Giulia Palace

Santa Giulia Palace has a total of 58 self catering apartments set up on the hillside and separated into 2 categories with a variation of layouts and sizes, all of which are bright, spacious and comfortable and have their own balcony or terrace. All kitchens are equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, toaster, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine (Comfort apartments have a coffee machine) also most apartments (except Premium Studio apartments) have a washing machine, dishwasher and a freezer.

Comfort Apartments: The Comfort accommodation features a comfortable living room, fully equipped kitchen, bath or shower room with separate toilet and private, furnished terrace with a sea or garden view.

The Comfort Apartments have 1 double and 1 twin bedroom and can accommodate up to 6 people with the additional 2 single sofa beds in the living room. The Comfort Suites have 1 double bedroom and can accommodate up to 4 people with the 2 single sofa beds in the living room.

All Comfort standard apartments benefit from air conditioning, TV, WiFi and telephone. Comfort accommodation guests have access to the large pool of the upper part of the complex together with the children’s pool and sauna.

Premium Apartments: Situated at the highest part of the residence, the Premium accommodation features a large, contemporary living room, large windows, a covered private terrace with a stunning sea view (equipped with its own dining furniture and built in barbecue), a fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the terrace and a bath or shower room with separate toilet and all have a small safe.

The Premium Apartments offer 2 bedrooms (1 double and 1 twin) whilst the Premium Suites have 1 double bedroom yet is also able to accommodate up to 4 people with 2 single sofa beds in the living room.

Completely renovated for 2018 are the Premium Studio Apartments, with double bed, well-equipped kitchen corner, shower room with separate WC, furnished terrace and outdoor shower.

All Premium apartments benefit from air conditioning, TV, WiFi and telephone, a DVD player can be supplied on request. Premium accommodation guests have access to the sauna and all of the 3 swimming pools, they will also be cleaned twice a week.

• All apartments have direct access to the expansive and immaculately maintained grounds and share the 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 of which is heated and only for use of guests in the Premium area.
• Guests can also enjoy a wide variety of massages and treatments which can be booked at the reception.
• The Residence is in an idyllic location with Santa Giulia beach being just 400-800m away and there are numerous activities in the local area including watersports, diving, hiking, guided walks, golf, horse riding and cultural excursions.
