Day 1: Arrive Bucharest

Upon arrival in Bucharest you will be transferred to the hotel where you will join us for a welcome reception.

Day 2: Bucharest, Brașov

Travel to Brașov, stopping en route at the Slanic Salt Mine.

Day 3: Brașov, Bran, Moeciu

Enter Bran Castle, then call in at Moeciu for lunch, before taking a horse and carriage ride. Back in Brașov, be shown around town.

Day 4: Brașov, Sinaia, Giurgiu, Embark Ship

In and around Sinaia

In Sinaia, visit Peleș Castle. Back in Bucharest, take a tour before boarding your ship in Giurgiu.

Day 5: Rousse, Veliko Tarnovo, Svishtov

Enjoy a choice of sightseeing in Veliko Tarnovo.

Day 6: Vidin, Belogradchik

In and around Vidin, Belogradchik

Explore Baba Vida Fortress in Vidin. Raised upon the remains of the ancient town of Bononia, the medieval castle dates back to the 10th century. Afterwards, venture to Belogradchik to uncover its ancient fortress on the northern slope of the Balkan mountains. You’ll also see the town’s unique rock formations.

Day 7: Scenic Cruising

The day is yours to relax on board, sleep in and take it easy, or awake early and take in stunning views from the Sun Deck.

Day 8: Novi Sad, Ilok, Vukovar

In and around Vukovar, Ilok

Explore Novi Sad’s Petrovaradin Fortress and its catacombs, then select your sightseeing.

Day 9: Kalocsa, Puszta

Enjoy your Signature Experience, then afterwards, a farm in Puszta is the perfect setting for a stellar horse show and authentic Hungarian lunch.

Day 10: Budapest

In and around Budapest

Today unfolds as you please. This evening, enjoy a farewell dinner.

Day 11: Budapest, Disembark Ship

Transfer to the airport for your onward flight.
