Hotel Gran Baita’s the perfect place if you want a bit of luxury. It was refurbished last year with modern alpine décor and stylish rooms and public areas. The staff are great and give an attentive service so you can enjoy your holiday with everything taken care of.
The hotel’s just outside of Courmayeur, about a ten-minute walk from the centre. When it’s time to head to the slopes, or to return home after a hard day of skiing, take advantage of the free shuttle that runs from 8.30am to 5pm every day. You can also use it to pop into Courmayeur for a spot of shopping. If you do fancy the walk, it’s a great way to stretch the legs and you’ll get some great views of the surrounding area.
When you get back to the hotel at the end of the day, try and make some time for the fantastic spa. We love taking a dip in the heated pool before getting ready for dinner. It opens up to the outside where you can breathe in the fresh mountain air while staying warm in the water. The meals here are a real highlight. Breakfast and dinner are included and if you want to try their a la carte brasserie, you’ll get a 30% discount.

Group ski lessons need a minimum number of guests to take place. Very occasionally these numbers aren’t reached. If you have pre-booked lessons and this happens, the ski-school will do their best to offer private lessons to the value of the lessons you had originally booked.
